Ludlow Dingbats is a collection of six finely crafted dingbats. Each dingbat is available in four rotations on both white and black (reversed out). A total of 72 images are contained in the font.

Ludlow Dingbats is based on some 1930’s-era dingbats I found in old letterpress type specimen books, including one from Aardvark Letterpress on 7th Street in Los Angeles.
They are all leaf motifs; three are quite naturalistic and three are highly stylized. I crafted this typeface in Fontographer 4.0 with a minimum of control points. It will print crisply at small sizes. Certain of these dingbats are designed to work well as matched pairs.
