Zabriskie Point, Death Valley Mid-March and I passed the night fitfully in 96° heat. Frustrated, I gave up at 4:30 and took my camera to Zabrieski Point. Sadly, the worn trails of hikers gouge the ridges of the badlands. Tourism takes its toll.
