Junk, Antelope Valley
A
lot of junk gets dumped in the Mojave Desert, especially in the
Antelope
Valley which is so close to Los Angeles' teeming millions. I
came upon this dump site at the end of a paved road which led to
nowhere in particular, just off of 165th Street. It was as if someone’s
house was just upturned and dumped onto the desert floor. Furniture,
tableware, clothes, even prescription bottles with pills still in
them were scattered around the desert. |
