THERE IS NO “ALTERNATE REALITY,” there is no parallel universe, there is no quantum physics, no higher meaning, no black holes, no subatomic particles, no light speed, no life after death, no heaven, no hell, and no god. Reality — the only thing that could possibly matter — is how we are alive at this moment. (Trust me, this makes things easier for us.) The fruit you swallow, the bed you rest, the company you keep, the deeds you do, the streets you walk, the air you breath, the water you splash across your smiling or sullen face and the sun that shines its magnificent loving light on us each and every day, without fail, for as long as humans have ever walked this Earth — reality. That is the sum total of the human experience and we will only live it once.
